Monthly Membership for New Patients:

Ages 13 and up- $150 per month

​

- Includes unlimited visits, direct access to doctor 

  • Labs, Imaging, Medications not included

  • Not a replacement for health insurance

  • House calls available for an additional fee

Not interested in a membership but still want to be seen? A la carte visits with pricing as follows:

​

Pre-Operative Evaluations including EKG- $300

​

Wellness Visit with 1 time Telehealth Follow Up- $400

​

1 time Telehealth Visit for an acute issue (UTI, upper respiratory infection, weight loss, travel medicine)- $150
